A friend that worked for me did it back in the 80s banging his best friend's girl (served him right). She was on top, it popped out, and she came down on it. He said that he woke up and it was black, huge, and hurt like Hell. He thought he had gotten a transplant ! At the hospital nurses were treating it roughly and he was in agony. As soon a male doctor saw it, he finally got some sympathy and the 1st thing out of his mouth was: "OMG, what are you doing ? Be gentle with it & get some Morphine for this man immediately" ! All the little capillaries had burst and he underwent a couple rounds of micro-surgery.
