Buy a pair of tweezers and pluck yourself removing the hair's one by one. Also use a magnifying glass . 40 years ago a girl I lived with used that method on herself, which lead to her doing it on me and we always ended up in doing other things together after that. Scrotum hair once pulled out and never returned but pub hair is more persistent and needs regular maintenance for a few years. Smooth as a baby's bum is a term I could use.
