I don't no what to do I can't stop it but I definitely don't want tonight to end because tomorrow I'll be 60. Its worst than turning 40 not many good years left in this old body, sometime you feel 19 if only the body would be the same, I want to be 19 again, not seeing the end, which now is within sight. Drink or take drugs surround yourself with young girls the feeling doesn't go away.
Yep you can reminisce the good old days, traveled , given the kids a good upbringing and start in life but no matter what the end is near.
You go from not giving a fuk to shit times running out! What do I do to make the most of it. Yer you can work out at the gym run miles thinking you are young but it an't gonna stop old father time.

The turn of the decade is always difficult and now at least you have another 10 years to worry till the next one. And if you're fortunate to have a younger khmer GF/wife that'll keep you young mentally at least hehe

thanks everyone , woke up this morning just another day to enjoy as best as possible, few of my mates turning 60 this year have the same feelings , but I think this covid shit and restricted travel adds to the frustration, of not being to live life to the fullest like before. Like I read once " i'm not adding this year to my birthdate as I didn't use it"
