OP- What does the topic title 'KLF' mean and what is it you want members to consider or discuss with the sole link you've provided? You really need to say something to accompany the link to indicate what it's about and the point you are making..as it's not obvious to me and I think most members.

I'm not done yet. While "Ghost in the shell" was good, it owed everything to Akira, as Kmfdm ( billed erroneously, but delightfully, as "Kill mother fucking Depeche Mode") were inspired by German and arguably French industrial and electronica (before there was such a thing).
