Dear Playboy Minor,
It has come to our attention that you, and your associates at Scobie Towers, are trying to pass of one Dagenham as " The World's Most Boring Person Ever''. It is a matter of record that our esteemed client Takeoman has long been known as "The Most Boring Man In The World. Ever!". This is attested to by all who have met him. In view of this fact we request that you cease this practice forthwith, and re brand the gentleman with the helmet fetish.
Yours faithfully,
Sue, Grabbit,& Runne

Don't go to bars, stay in Takeo, and watch rice grow. :hattip:

Then I suggest to reclaim the crown you should make several dozen posts a day about;

How great your rice is
How everyone else's rice is shit
How much longer you've been growing rice than everyone else
A few racist jibes about native rice growers in your area
The importance of wearing a helmet when out in the rice fields

How is your rice BTW? It's been a slow start for mine, but luckily we planted late.

Doing all these would certainly make me unpopular, but as people would be taking an interest, it would also mean I'd become interesting, wouldn't want that.
Rice behind schedule, but things picked up after last weekend's rains. Off for a nap now. :hattip:

Clarify a point of British Newspeak for me: Is there an age or educational limit for those people known as "chavs"?

No age limit.
Educational limit - Some make a life of doing courses, so they never need to get a real job. And although supporting themselves is a concept that is beyond their comprehension, some have a lawyers understanding of their rights and " entitlements", as well as the criminal justice act.

The cockney term 'chav ' meant baby...but has morphed into it current meaning recently....
It's a British class thing...the middle class started to use it to mean the under class...on the dole and zero ambitions ...apart from getting a council flat from the state....piss their giros up the wall...etc.....
