It seems all we read about nowadays is Chinese chicks walking around Phnom Penh off their heads on drugs, jumping off balconies, creating public disturbances, claiming to be God, not having passports, dressing completely inappropriately, etc. It used to be that Caucasian males had a monopoly on such behaviours in Cambodia.
