I was stunned at how many people in PP on motos pull onto a main road WITHOUT even glancing at oncoming traffic. As if it magically will not hit them. After witnessing yet another smash this morning involving an elderly couple, I have now vowed never to ride anything in PP again apart from tuk tuks and pass apps.
It's a shame I had to watch two elderly people fly over the tops of their handlebars, then over each other several times and slide across the road while the SUV drove over and crushed their bike for me to make this decision, but it's a decision that's been long overdue.
It's my number one jaw dropper. I am constantly astounded at the way they just fly round the corner from a side street onto a main road without even considering that it might be a good idea to check if anything is coming first. I've seen adults with small children on their bikes do it, and have narrowly missed more than I care to count.
