A powdered alcohol has be developed and yet to be approved - Palchohol. I'm not sure it will. There's lots of opportunities for abuse - like snorting it. They've got 5 or 6 cocktails so far. Their market seems to be folks who don't want to pay for high priced drinks in clubs, on planes, sporting events, or concerts. I hope for GM's sake it gets released.
