Differentiating CEO from something else

This site should be a kinder, gentler version of something else. Don't be an asshole, don't be a dickhead, don't (TRY TO) be funny if you are just half amusing and working on a premise of stupid puns are amusing to other readers. I believed in this site, and have spent time putting up content in the belief that I wouldn't be told to fuck off for asking about something or made to feel like an asshole. But this site has turned into a shadow of something else rather than something better than it, which it surely should become. What do you want to be: derivative or unique?

Tend to agree, somewhat. (There are certain posters who are dragging it down).

Now, sit back and watch them attack.

Thanks for the feedback. (Moved to the Asinine Arena.)

Out of curiosity, how many posts have you reported? (I'm guessing ZERO.)

This is strange, coming from you, because your posting style seems a better fit on another forum sometimes.

Is this is intended to be a 'note to self'?

Feel free to report their posts, or better yet, send me a PM explaining which posters you feel are dragging it down.

We've been working very hard to keep it fun and friendly, but we need everyone's help in order to do that.

Sorry you feel that way, NB, but maybe if you get the same kind of responses here and somewhere else, maybe that has more to do with your posting style and the substance of your posts.
As the General noted, if you're feeling unjustly abused, report the posts.

I don't think this is really about me.

Might go and report those posts nightmare believer made about my mother.

Are these the asshole posts you are referring to?
