Help with translation?

Hi all,
I travelled to Cambodia in October 2014 and took this picture of a prophecy/story.
I am very curious to understand what it means, but have had no success with online dictionaries. Can anybody translate this for me into english?

It meant you would get success in everything you do and might get a pretty girl ...
