25 August 2018
Cambodia: The most important figures in power are all very excited about an amazing monument presently under construction, which is to be known as the Winwin Monument. As a celebration of peace in Cambodia, it will be an appropriately large and magnificent building full of marble, and will contain museum rooms to inform the public.
The construction of the statue-monument-building is well underway, and must be finished for 29 December this year, when there will be a big fanfare to celebrate the "winwin" policy of the Cambodian rulers and the people. The 29 December will also be declared a public holiday from this year onward. (Now there's something to look forward to.)
Here's a sneak preview of the monument under construction, as seen when several senior ministers came to visit on 25 August:

Are all the senior ministers in the armed service?

Looks like they have produced their own phallic symbol.

And a use for the left over pavers from Riverside. =@

Arget, don't be so cynical. it could have been much worse, they could have built a school or a hospital.

It's just off Ly Yong Phat St, over the Prek Pnov bridge on Chruoy Changva. You can spot it from NR 6 too.
