A Firm Interested in Battambang Corn Investment
AKP Phnom Penh, February 15, 2023 --
A company branded Agribusiness Asia Group Co., Ltd. is interested in investing in corn plantation in Battambang province.

The intention was revealed by a representative of Agribusiness Asia Group Co., Ltd. in a meeting with H.E. Sok Lou, Governor of Battambang province in the province on Feb. 13.

The firm's representative informed H.E. Sok Lou that the firm had studied about the investment opportunities before coming up with the decision on Battambang as its targeted province.

Battambang is a potential province for investment, especially it is close to Cambodia-Thailand international border making it easy to export the corn to Thailand.

H.E. Sok Lou welcomed the firm's investment decision that will not only promote the development and modernisation of agricultural sector in the province, but also improve the locals' living standard.

Agribusiness Asia Group Co., Ltd. is a company operating in Australia and Thailand and uses high technology including satellite to boost the quality and quantity of crops.
