This guy and his friend persuades girls to go to Pontoon with him where he spikes their drinks, and then molests and robs them in a short-time hotel while they are unconscious.
They are Korean. He wears a cap and glasses which he never removes, in an attempt to remain anonymous. About 1.7 metres tall and about 35-45 years old.
Very poor CCTV picture but that's all I could get.

Expats or tourists (if you know)? If expats, they will almost certainly be identified.

I'm sure I've heard about this before somewhere. I just did a quick search on CEO but nothing came up so it must have been elsewhere online. However, I definitely remember something like a warning against spiked drinks for girls going to Pontoon. Also, the fact that these guys are Korean rings a bell. I think it must have been a few months ago.

Good luck with the bust anyway. Scummy bastards.

There were reports of Khmer women being drugged, raped and robbed in PP clubs by a couple of barangs in October 2015, so maybe nothing to do with these guys.

I think it's the same guys. They've returned to PP. Another victim four days ago and then another two days ago who was drugged in the bar itself. Maybe out of spite because she refused to go with the guy. She passed out and stopped breathing for a moment but luckily was revived and is ok.
