The Chinese government is to forbid the reporting of news taken from social media. Is this a good thing or a bad thing ?
China’s internet regulator will launch a crackdown on the reporting of news gathered from social media, as part of what the government calls a campaign against fake news and the spreading of rumours.

Good or bad news ? On the one hand, this is an announcement of the tightening of media control by the Chinese government, so BAYD  , on the other hand it is also quite true that loads of rubbish taken from FB pages are reprinted in the guise of information, so :thumb:
Meanwhile in Cambodia, certain fb pages are 100% correct information, while others are just 100% lies, depending on your POV.
Fb in Cambodia is also useful for issuing decrees and revoking them, and can be used for making announcements about such varied subjects as the end of illegal logging, the evils of prostitution and the independence of Cambodian justice. In the (near)future, I think the 100% truthful pages will be allowed to continue, and the false ones that tell lies to the Cambodian people will all be stopped.
