How is Low Season in Victory Hill, Sihanoukville?

Any of those small girly bars still pumping through the low season?
One of em let's you turn the music up loud as you can forget the name but its a smaller onetowards the beach on the main drag.
Also the French bar called Mojo's is awesome.
Beware of Viet women there too they will guide you to the ghetto and ask for money .

With over 10 years of residence in Shitville and many more before that in the street where SM is now located, I am a funding member of the top blokes union myself, albeit semi retired as nicely described in another thread
