Did I Just Discover a New Species in Cambodia?
I'm not a bird watcher, but when a bird with a red Mohawk shows up in my window, I got a little curious. At first I thought it was the last of the Mohicans.
It was all black, small, and has a read Mohawk down it's back.
Here he is. What is it?

Could it be a Cambodian Tailorbird? (Only discovered in 2009 in Phnom Penh).

That's probably it. The one I saw looked a lot rougher (feathers seemed all mangy). Also has the red Mohawk down his whole back.
I'm not ready to give up finding and naming a new species just yet, LoL..
