"Hi, my family just saved up enough money to build this custom tuk tuk specifically to help transport disabled people in and around siem reap free of charge. If you know of any one who needs this service please let me know. Thanks :)

Please note that this service is NOT for hotels to use for their guests or any other money making businesses. Our family just want to provide a service to those who may have been forgotten and needs to get to where they need to go i.e. the market or work or in case of an emergency they need to get to the hospital and such. Thanks
"

How have we come to the conclusion it is for disabled tourists?

It says nothing about tourists, and the picture clearly shows that it is a brown spakka being loaded into the back.

when you get on the tuk tuk, then they will ask if you like to do lobotomy, they can recommend a hospital to lobotomy at a very "special" price.

brown spakka....

its like being at school again! (although i never encountered brown flavour)

its a bit like all taxis now have to be disabled friendly and every workplace/shop has to have disabled toilets
cant they just wait until they get home?

I had on of those special keys to get into disabled bogs
very hand when you have kids (not that I did but still)

I believe it's for everyone. We put more info on Facebook, as they give you almost unlimited characters to use.

Tourists, Expats, Locals, Illegal Immigrants, Overstayers, Deathpats, etc.

Ok, maybe you have to be Christian; I don't know.

"I'm so happy today to finally get my tuk tuk project completed after almost a year of saving up and planning! We will use this tuk tuk to give free transportation to all disabled persons who needs this service in Siem Reap. The church members and the students of IBISR volunteered to serve as the driver. Ephesians 2:10 and Galatians 6:10 are the motivation and inspiration of this project. Thank you to Wes Autrey for designing our beautiful logo. Thank you to Darat Run for allowing us to use his motorbike to pull the tuk tuk temporarily until my family is able to save up enough money for a new motorbike. He also chipped in $20 as well as Piseth Rin and Vannak Yeng. It's so good to have like minded people who wants to serve Christ and is willing to sacrifice! To God be the Glory!"

They should have a naming competition for the contraption; I hereby nominate "Cripple Cart" or "Feebs on Wheels" as my trademarks...

That's actually really cool and well designed.

Good on them for doing this, the sad part is it this will be copied and charged out by some money hungry Khmer who sees it as a way to make a lot of money.

Yeah, until the damn thing comes unlatched half way down the road.

I guess they might get lucky and roll to safety.

There's a guy in a wheelchair in my neighborhood that just holds onto the moto with one hand and rides along side of it. He's usually being towed pretty damn fast too. Cuts out the middle man, or having to wait for a special tuk tuk.
