Anyone with English speaking parrot in Phnom Phen

Does anyone have an English speaking parrot in Phnom Phen? I teach English at a French school to 5 -6 year olds near the American Embassy. I would like the owner of the parrot to bring in the parrot for English show and tell for 25 -30 minutes on a Wednesday at 03.00 p.m some day in next few weeks...Leo
