This is exciting if you use Netflix. My isp had an agreement with a CDN in Singapore so it's screaming fast.

I don't know how the programming compares to US, but it seems to have some good stuff! My kids certainly appreciate it.

Have often seen this “netflix" meUntioned by American friends and acquaintances and am under the impression that it's merely a way to view American TV shows and old movies.
So, what's the big deal? What are the advantages of having it?

Netflix has been available for a while in Cambodia but it involved setting up a VPN. The advantage? From Netflix: We have thousands of movies and TV show episodes available to watch instantly right on your TV via any device that streams Netflix, including PS3, Wii, Xbox 360, and your computer. There are never any commercials no matter how much you watch, and you can pause, rewind, fast forward or re-watch as often as you like. It's really that easy!

i dont understand as well
when i want a movie i just got to Kick ass an get it
what is the advantage other than with net u can stream and not have to download?
is it free? if not why use it?

most people use it as an APP for their TV, so they dont have to download and plug in their laptop/or burn a dvd, they can just stream it straight from their TV/PS/XBOX, its handy for all the people that dont download stuff, i personally mainly just stream online via putlocker or something, i did download loads of movies and old boxing fights to watch while im away as often cambodia is awful for buffering,
my dads got it, i traded his password for my spotify premium password, while i was being a hermit because of my fight, having netflix in cambodia now has made the deal much more sweeter haha
