PP Internet Shop w. Skype open Very Late or 24hr??

Anyone know one, preferably between the River and Monivong? There is a good one on St.118 near the River but it closes at 11 pm.

why not just use a smart phone and sim card,
internet plenty fast enough for skyping

I need to exchange documents and other such stuff not done readily w smart phone

Whats very late?
There is a computer at the Pickled Parrot with an internet connection.
The Pickled Parrot is open 24 hours and if you are buying something from there I'm sure there will be no issues in using their computer.
