Apparently there's a boat festival in Sihanoukville today - 24th.

Calling it Shitsville is just rude. The correct name is Sihanoukgrad.

I'd rather live in what you call "Shitsville" than a filthy rat infested, asshole-of-the-world, city like PP that has no attractions for tourists/foreigners other than being a cheap/filthy place to live and full of bars with ice-whores. Three silt filled brown rivers a paradise does not make. There are 9 other beach's in Snookyville other than the tourist infested Occheutel beach. The beach across the street from my house is wonderful and sewage free, and my landlord does not allow Cambodian weddings/funerals on the compound, and lowlifes from PP are also asked not to enter our little bit of paradise.
