A thief was caught in Phnom Penh trying to steal a Tuk-Tuk. The lynch mob tied his hands behind his back and beat him senseless until the police arrived.
The mob was kind enough to not steal his fanny pack.

I think it took a ot of bravery, his legs were not restrained after all.

So what if he was restrained when they beat him. Why should he get a fairer chance than those he was stealing from? He should be thankful they didn't cut off his hands or kill him.
