For the second time in two week I have seen a Cambodian filming me with a small hand held video camera.
Usually I take the 4 yo and the 6 year old to the Takhmau riverside on a Sunday about 5 pm to buy dinner as I know the girls mother will be too lazy to cook for them. So this guy is standing less than 20 m away from me trying to hide behind a tree that consists of a couple of 2 inch twigs , while pointing the camcorder directly at me and not even moving it away. It looked so bloody obvious he was filming me. I approached him but got that '' not speak English shit ''. I guess Somally Mam and those NGO's that rescue kids are finding slim pickings at the moment. I hope he's got plenty time cause he will see me back there again next week..
That is unless I make it onto the front page of the newspapers.

Or even better, tell him that you think he is a perve and you will report him to APLE for filming your kids. Attack is the best defence.

Watch it, but I think you should stick with confrontation - lets get this out in the open - ask who he's working for or ask for some ID.

Have a friend video him from a distance, get some footage, and then let him in on it and tell him you're going to talk to your friend the local cop.
