Gents,
With the arrival of Rolls Royce in Phnom Penh later this year, the idea will be to dress up, en masse, and visit various high level car dealers, and see what we can get for free. Suggested by a Cambodian friend, who thought we may have whiteskin-leverage.
He also suggested we not drink beforehand. Idiot on both counts.
Nevertheless: perhaps we dress like this?
