It came up in conversation the other day that you see less guys peeing in the streets these days because someone coined the expression "only dogs piss in the street."

I have no idea of the origin of this but the teller of the story was adamant, and I believe him.

Given the success of that idea, wouldn't it be great to get some propaganda posters made up along the lines of:

"Dogs don't need number plates either."
"Dogs don't stop at the lights either."
