Link to old (genuine visa charges)

Post by vladimir »

Does anyone have a link to the real visa charges, ie $180 or so for a full year?

I remember seeing the list, but don't recall where.

LTO posted a reference to it on a Work Permit thread I think.

Thanks

My apologies for not posting a link of some sort. I can't find my reference. I will continue search and post it when I have it. It's gotta be here somewhere. I think the text of the prakas was printed in the Pearnik at some point in the past as well, but not sure.

The Pearnik is a very reliable news source.

$180? Never seen that. The cost as published at the Immigration Office across from Pochentong is $283, $285 or $287 (forgot the exact amount). That was last year.

There was an excerpt a few years back from the promulgated law stating the official charges, and they were WAY lower than what we pay. Big surprise in Cambodia, right?

A one month business visa is $35 now. It stands to reason that a 12 month business visa should be $420.

Speaking of ...

I went by Lucky Lucky earlier this month and they said they could do a 12-month business/regular visa extension with no problem for about the same, $285ish.

They also said they would be more than happy to process a work permit for me for around $250, but I would need to bring in a letter from my employer.

Just FYI.
