A video is becoming viral on Facebook that shows a Lexus with RCAF Cambodian Military plates running over a motorbike with a man on it then casually fleeing the scene. It seems this just happened tonight (August 1, 2015), but we will report more when it's in the news.

The man riding the motorbike that gets run over seems to be relatively ok.

Hopefully the driver is caught and charged, but chances are good there will be a settlement for a small amount of money.

That's fucked! Please let it be someone high ranking and not blamed on their random bodyguard.

I'm guessing the dude will settle for $2,000 or less.

I wonder if they managed to catch that bastard. What i heard from that video. He was drunk driving and the accident took place at Chom Choa.

Chom Choa is close to Phnom Penh airport. It is actually near the roundabout between national road number 3 and number 4.

I wonder why they were following and filming him in the first place, obviously something else happened prior to him running over the moto.

Hope he gets what he deserves, but as already said, he'll probably just walk away scot free after paying the victim off.

I saw a car run over a guy at the riverside, it still shocked me. I am actually really scared to ride motorbike.
