Crime by Football Shirt

As mentioned in a thread a while back, thought I'd start a "Crime by football shirt" thread capturing the inevitable glory of various football teams caught up in dodgy escapades in the KoW.
I'm using postnews.com.kh as my source, and basically checking the top 8 thumbnails for stories & footy shirts each day, so not quite exhaustive, but consistent.
Here is the first, from the first of Jan - but I actually can't work out what the footy shirt is - help appreciated!

The one gold star would imply a one time World Cup winner, which would narrow it to England or Spain, but Googley not helping me so far on this one. Any ideas?

Reminds me of a second/third kit for the Brazilian football team Flamengo…
Or it could be a training top - or it could be an Asian bastardisation of nearly any kit.

The star can stand for ten national championship wins in a club history.
For example, both AC Milan and Inter Milan have one star for a total of 19 scudetti each, Juve has 3 stars (36 scudetti).

the best are those in a football shirt and a fresh head shave (mostly in a team photo of minimum 6 players), often with an accompanying photo of their cleaver collection.
that shirt reminds me of an old VFB Stuttgart away jersey

I’ve no idea about football teams, but I can see the likes of Emirates bunging a few brown envelopes at the pixel guys to sort the advertising out.
