What is the current cost of making a Cambodian passport for a Khmer kid?

There is no need to use an agent, just take all required documents and copies to the Passport Office at Chbar Ampouv or Aeon 2 and the staff will guide the applicant through the process. Even if you use an agent, still have to go to the passport office in person to submit biometrics, all an agent will do is help fill out the application form.
