Worth getting a 4th vaccine?

I assume most of us resident in the Kingdom have by now had 3 jabs - 2 Sinovac and one AZ?
There are now reports of a 4th vaccine being offered, I think I read it would be the Pfizer but not sure. I know it was originally being offered only to health workers and those on the front line, but would I be right in saying that it's now being offered to anyone in Phnom Penh? I remember reading that Pfizer was being offered as a 4th shot but only in PP due to the conditions it has to be stored in, and that anyone in the provinces who wanted one, would have to travel to PP to get it, which I assume means it's available to the general public if anyone wants it? I might be wrong, I haven't really kept up with it lately as much as I used to.
The reason I'm asking is because I recently saw a report that the reason China is still pursuing a zero covid policy, and doing things like locking down entire cities based on just three cases of Omicron being detected, as they did just recently, is that they are aware that their own vaccines, Sinovac and Sinopharm, offer little to no protection against Omicron, but of course, China being what it is, it's not prepared to admit this publicly and would prefer to continue locking entire cities down.
Which makes me wonder how protected we are here in the Kingdom. I've had 2 Sinovacs and an AZ shot. How much protection does that give me (or us?)
And even if Pfizer was freely available as a 4th booster, I'm not sure I'm happy having so many different varieties of vaccines swimming around my bloodstream.
This, coupled with the fact Omicron is less severe anyway, I wonder what others would feel about getting a 4th shot? Bearing in mind Delta is still (as far as I'm aware) the dominant strain here. Does the fact that most people are vaccinated with shots other than the Chinese made ones play a part in the less severe effects of Omicron, or is Omicron just less severe anyway, vaccine or no vaccine?
Apologies for yet another COVID thread, but I thought this one deserved a thread of its own. Fee free (MODS) to add it on to one of the other COVID threads if necessary.
But any thoughts??
