Anyone know of any packages or events for New Year's Eve in Phnom Penh?
Thinking of a dining/drinks/entertainment package. Not sure if this is a thing in Cambodia.
All being well I will be in the city for it this year.

I did PP for NYE a few years back at one of the rooftop bars on riverside, hoping to see the fireworks and the view wasn't all that great. Probably best to be on the water. The boat may be the way to go. I may give it a try this year.
