I used to use Chantra, but I have heard people complaining about them recently. Their customer service is a bit shit but their prices are pretty good. - Chantra laptop shop.

I can't help you with your query, but I recently bought a MacBook Air, my first Mac, and have to say as it stands I'm a fan. The build quality is far superior to anything I've owned before, the OS is considerably more intuitive than Windows, battery life is excellent, keys feel great and the fact that when I lift the lid the thing comes to life IMMEDIATELY every time is a pleasure. I'm enjoying the MacBook experience a lot.

I have no advice on where to buy, but just wanted to recommend looking into used thinkpads for a good value. I got turned onto the idea from lots of laptop research and am now on my second one. They're Excellent values because they're such solid and well designed laptops. A few year old thinkpad will likely be better than anything new under $500+. Get one that's only a couple years old and it's likely better than anything new under $700. I'm currently typing this on a 2013 Thinkpad Yoga. It feels, looks, and works Much better than the crap business class Dell that my work provides, and is a few years older than the Dell.

Anything apple is great quality hardware and software, but their firm stance on having everything be proprietary really sucks. I assume they're still doing that since the last time I looked into their laptops years ago.

I have a really nice ThinkPad for sale. It's just as fast as the $1050 yoga I recently bought. I'd sell my supposed "upgrade" and keep the ThinkPad but my wife would think I'm stupid for wasting time and money, lol. I just had to buy a shiny aluminum 2in1. it's no faster and does not have the Thinkpad mil-spec certification. meaning it's wimpy and I have to baby it.

it's here:

^ Well there ya go. Buy his laptop and you'll be happy. I have No idea if the price is good or not because I know Nothing about laptop pricing in Cambodia, but it seems like it's probably pretty fair. I bet you it's a great laptop, plenty fast and capable as long as you're not trying to use it as a gaming laptop or something, and still functions great(keyboard, hinges, etc). I'm honestly not surprised that the 2015 thinkpad works as well as the new machine. And yeah, OP, I think almost all thinkpads have specs for moisture resistance, shock absorption, dust protection, and some other stuff like that.

low end gaing laptop around $800, mid end around $1500, something for emails and a bit or wordprocessing and "social media" $300. Add $50 to $100 for an original version of windows depending on the shop
