Yeah, looked like they're just catching up to the 21st century and trying to install an SSL certificate (httpS), that's all.

Phew, I thought we were about to have an alien immigration problem land on our doorstep.
Barbarians at the gate, kinda stuff.

The self appointed expat intelligentsia of Cambodia sure do run a shit show of a website. I logged on recently and had to wipe the cobwebs off my screen.

So, they're (finally!) trying to create a SSL-certificate? If you prepare such a change right, the actual implementation should not take more than a few minutes.

Also, site upgrades or maintenance tasks are usually done when traffic is lowest, so after midnight. But, thinking about it, there's probably not a whole lot of difference in traffic on TOF.

It’s been a great resource for many over the years and we’re lucky to still have it. I hope it returns soon, and better than ever!
