Too Much Trash: Overloaded Sihanoukville Trash Truck Falls into Canal

Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): This morning, on January 7, at 11:35 am, a truck that was cleaning the Sihanoukville waterway evacuations of tons of waste fell into the canal that it was trying to clean.
The truck was scooping up the waste, when the sheer weight of the trash caused the truck to overbalance and tip into the canal.
