Me again!
I've been reading about ATM's and how they're not accepting MasterCard's?
Any of you had a problem?
Or do you think this is a tourist problem?
It's either stick to my travel money card OR bring a shed Load of USD which were not too keen on doing except for when heading to Island
Any advise greatly appreciated

Sue, there are some ATM's that won't accept Mastercards. There are some that will. I'm a year or so out of the loop, so some more up to date members will surely help in the coming hours/days with your request. Last I heard, ACLEDA banks accepted MC's, but this may have changed. If ACLEDA still accept, their ATM's are plentiful, certainly in Phnom Penh.

Dang.
Things are changing fast. They used to accept Mastercard and we're my goto Bank after Vattanac started charging.
Now not only have they changed to visa cards but won't accept UK cards

Been a long time since I was in Vietnam. Can't say i enjoyed the experience. One bank did not charge at all, but cash was frequently rationed so you had to do 2 transaction to get $50 out
