The ongoing march of new hostess bars

Noticing a lot of new bars springing up lately..
Particularly around st130. Angry Birds end, there are a couple of new ones and next door to Splash bar the shop house is being gutted so..maybe another one.
On the Riverside end of 130, there's the new Rosanna bar and 2 doors up from the Indian restaurant opposite, there's another shop house gutted with what looks like a long bar structure on the left going the length of it..
Then today, I noticed the Butterfly bar (diagonally opposite Ostro restaurant) on st 5/136 has done a Phoenix and resurrected after being a minimart and a clothes shop..
A few more new ones on st136 and st5 also..
OK, the high season seems to have kicked off early this year... so presumably more punters in the bars?

you missed out 118, that streets got loads of new bars

Yeah, 118 too altho I think not as recent as the 130 changes.
I wonder if st 110 will eventually do a Phoenix too coz that street was doing better several years ago than now.. Sort of died somewhat..

I noticed street 5 had quite a few new ones over the last year or so. How much are these places paying for rent ?
