I need to call this guy, i tried talking to him but his english is so bad i can't understand.
Would anyone mind calling this guy for me and just ask him one thing so i can arrange to meet him?

I can only assume you're completely new to the country. I don't speak Khmer but it wouldn't be difficult to find a Khmer friend to help me out. Where are you staying? Couldn't you ask someone at the hotel / guesthouse to help?

Lexus said he tried a few times gave up. This guy keeps his phone off sometimes. Still looking. I'm in Bangkok maybe someone Cambo speakers here?
