Phnom Penh: On October 30, 2019, a former employee of The Num Cake shop, Chum Salim, posted a video of a dispute where the boss of the establishment, Nhoem Sokleng, otherwise known as Lumi on social media, used violence against a former store employee by throwing a can of spray bottle at her head at The Num Cake in Boeung Keng Kang, Khan Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh.

After the fight, the victim, a former bakery employee, filed a complaint with police and contacted local media to explain her problem.Miss Lumi has acknowledged the aggression on facebook and apologized, apparently offering to settle with her ex-employee for $70 compensation. The employee is upset; she was struck on the face by Miss Lumi, and she wants a better deal.





It is worth noting that the owner of the violent cake shop, Nhoem Sokleng (Lumi), has been previously in the news for scandals and affairs with foreign lovers. She is also prominent on social media networks.

Perhaps chubby with the cake fight scars mentioned the slapper's nose job.

Nasty violent piece of work. It's assault and all egged on by her stupid staff/friends. I felt sorry for the girl that got hit. She should insist on a prosecution or $1000.

Monday's staff meeting will be replaced by a roller derby. The Hiso Wannabes VS the Downtrodden Workers. I would love to see the Downtrodden win but the referee is surely in the Wannbes' pocket.

Strange vid....at 2.00 Miss Lumi appears to be discussing the incident and then has a beer and a smoke. Maybe some khmer speaking members can translate what that's about.

Short Version

My wife says that the violent one says "I'm the boss and when I ask you to work you work"

Chubby says "I work but you are always hitting me with the stick"

In addition - my wife says Loony Lumi is famous for being with two foreigners and creating the problems and is no good lady.
