Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On September 10, 2019, at 1:35 am, a 31-year-old woman, Da Lin, an online seller, called the police after a group of Chinese men borrowed her car and took their time about bringing it back .

Before the incident, the victim and her friend went to a birthday party at River Palace hotel in Sangkat Sras Chok. There were 4 Chinese men there who she had known for a year.
After the party, the Chinese men asked her and her friend to go to their place. Then the suspects borrowed her Prius car plate PP2BA-7268 to go out. When the suspects went away too long, the woman called the police for help. An hour later, the suspects came back with the car.

The victim didn't file a complaint. She just took her car and went back home.
