Ministry Using Microlight Plane for Photo Info on Rivers

Cambodia Breaking News (Kandal): On September 11, 2019, at 10 am, the Department of Water Resources and Meteorology reported that a microlight plane, MOWRA M FLY, had arrived safely and landed at canal no. 78, Kandal Steung district, Kandal.
Mr. Lim Poy, deputy director of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, led a team to fly the microlight in order to take photographs over the Bassac river, and then tomorrow, the plane will fly along the Mekong River to take photos up to the Cambodian border with Vietnam.
