Sorry.im in phnom penh.sensok to be exact. The protein shakes at gyms seem really poor.was just wondering if you can purchase western brands here

Just wondering why you cannot make your own. Then if they are not top quality shakes you can only blame yourself.

When I was in sihanoukville mikes burger house had protein shakes advertised , I was happy enuf for a chocolate shake and figgered I was getting protein in the burger so I never tried the protein shakes .. but there are “ mikes “ in Pp , don’t know if they are all the same but I just looked and couldn’t find a shake menu there . But you could try , nothing there is very cheap tho ... except for me ... cheap enuf for me ...

I wish mikes had ganja shakes , that’s all I need ..
