Just off FaceTime with the missus while waiting at the airport. She mentioned something about candle burning day today. She was walking in the middle of the road.

Is the road really closed at the Royal Palace? Is this a one off holiday thing or a routine thing?

Off top of my head, that roads been closed to traffic since 2011.

Pity. Was one of the only places in the city centre where you could safely hit 90+mph.

Oh? Must put it on the list of roads I can safely walk on in Phnom Penh without getting run over.
