That I'm considering. Site sections specific to major areas... Sihanoukville Discussion, Phnom Penh Discussion, Battambang Discussion, Siem Reap Discussion... etc.

Any thought on this from the general populace?

No need. You can count the number of threads so far about all those ancillary locations on two hands and still have a few fingers left over. There is no reason to believe there will be enough threads about, say, Battambang, to warrant new a section devoted to it. Figure out how to improve some of the existing sections instead. Some can probably go as it is. The VIP section is a flop, as are most of the different "classified" sections, the Sports section and "the corner". Also, everyone submits practically everything into the General Chatter section, some of which are not remotely Cambodia related.

Now get me the Some Girls series before work tomorrow. It's the day after Thanksgiving and the office will be 99% empty and it's the only time I can view anything I want at work. And thank you.

Mostly how I feel about it as well honestly. Just thought about it and decided to see if anyone was super gung ho about the idea (in such a way that they'd make the effort to generate content in it).

As for Some Girls... fuck... squirrel distracted me. Actually, some weird life shit going on at the moment is what really distracted me... but that's another story for another day, hopefully with beer. I'll work on your series tonight.

The site is fine in it's current state. No need to fix what isn't broken. The only thing that I miss is a more customizable profile. That'd be pretty sweet 8)

Yeah no need but good point by Soi Dog, now you've been running a while cull some of the less popular stuff that takes up space on the section headings and maybe replace them over time with some of the more active common discussions within the big activity sections.

What about a classic thread section where you move some of the most popular ones once they've quietened down, so they are there for easy future reference. Good way of building up a library of some of the more entertaining discussions.

I thought that's what the asinine arena was... lol. ;-)

Yeah, good suggestions. I agree on the cull needing to happen, though some of the less active sections (like the travel section) I think should stay segmented just for organization to readers (landing pages for new readers mostly). Just because it's a topic that doesn't really even warrant day to day posting, doesn't make it not a significant segregation.
