New CEO User Record

Most users ever online was 4359 on Tue Jul 16, 2019 2:18 pm
Congratulations CEO on the new numbers even though today has been a battle trying to get the site to load with it timing out and offering up various errors. Not being a techy I assume the difficulty is due to the higher traffic?
Anyway, congrats on the continuing growth and participation numbers.

No, I think the system is slow cause every body is at the sleepout. I heard all about it on the TV.

It's a blessing and a curse it seems with the site pretty much not functioning at all - essentially useless.

Same here. I'm in Bangkok and having a devil of a time accessing the site. But yes, CEO is drawing quite the online crowd. Congrats owners and mods!

Ok, we quickly got the dev to investigate while we are having a rush of extra readers online now, and it seems their changes have improved the overall speed quite a lot now, so maybe there was an underlying issue, as we should be able to handle well over 10,000+ online without any major slowdown.
Let us know if it slows down to a crawl again for anyone, but it 'seems' like the dev's changes have greatly improved things almost instantly.
