I can't say the same for K440.

Forgot to pay the power bill.
Related, we got a hand-delivered disconnection notice for a 1500r (37 cents) water bill the other day, that had to be paid at the main office. Even the staff looked surprised.

.........but, indeed very strange that both forums are down simultaneously . Perhaps certain powers in this country tried something out ??
