Cheap gyms

Hi all,
I'm looking for a cheao gym in Phnom Penh for cardio (treadmills ideally).
I've seen some people on google quoting session paases for 1500 riek etc, but can't seem to find then and a lot of the posts are old.
Anyone know of any dirt cheap no membership gyms, ideally with air con?
