There was a place on St 136 that sold Thai made full-face helmets as well as the usual crappy ones. I bought my last one there and loved it.

Heading west towards Norodom from the girly bar end of 136, it was on the right hand side. Not sure if it is still there as it is nearly a year since my last visit.

Google Dainese AGV Cambodia.

They have a few locations.

An AGV K3, which is a fantastic bang for buck helmet starts at $200.

The K4, a very nice lid also starts at around $280.

be wary. many branded helmets are either copies or made to local standards. Always check it has the approprate approvals. i think there isa good one made in Thailand that is definitely made in 2 models, one certified for eu/us markets and one not but they look the same with a big variation in price.
The fit and padding of a helmet is what saves your life so look for one with firm padding thick padding that fits tightly. I would advise getting one with a removable washable lining cos its gonna stink real quick in this climate
