Images on social media of a British citizen (MICHAEL JAMES HYSLOP) have started circulating, showing him with a bloated gut on the side of the road in Siem Reap, Cambodia. He signs his name "MIKE HYSLOP," so he likely goes by 'Mike.'

Locals are very worried about him and think he needs to go to the hospital. He was functional enough to show people his passport, but seems that he could barely keep his fancy pair of Crocs on while people helped him drink water through a straw.

His abdomen seems to have gotten so large that he can't buckle his pants either.

Cambodians seem to be saying he can't walk or talk, and think he might have been dropped off there by his girlfriend (at least that's what one woman who came across him thinks).

yes for sure, he has cirrhosis of the liver. And I think he already can feel that he is already a dead man. sad, storie

I think you are correct, looks like a problem from cirrhosis

of course he can't.
he needs a big ass cannula to drain that water and some medical attention
pretty sure it is cirrhosis as a friend drank himself to death a few years ago and it happened to him just like that.
