Phnom Penh,Cambodia News: On November 17, 2018, at 12:30 am, the Office of Investigation and Implementation of the Immigration Department, received KIERAN THOMAS GAJRAJ, a 27-year-old male of British nationality, from the police force of Toul Sangke I, Russey Keo, Phnom Penh. He had been detained by police for being a loud drunken nuisance and shouting in the street.

On questioning the British man, police discovered that he has no passport, but he said that he had entered Cambodia at the Poipet border crossing in 06/06/2017. He tested negative for drugs. The Immigration Department is now in charge of processing his case.

In one photo it almost looks like one of his socks and flip flop is a poorly photoshopped trainer.
There was another photo recently where it looked like a person looked like he had flip-flops and bare feet. Bad photoshopping.
