According to this item on social media, a well known beggar on the riverside tourist area, a man with a large facial growth, has had a recent operation to remove his deformity/disability.

Elephant ball bag thank god for that the Daily Mail offered to pay for his operation yrs ago but he did not want to lose his livelyhood,next time i see him i will buy him a beer

Amazing. This guy has been around for years. I’d heard that he’d refused treatment a few times. Somehow Yulia persuaded him to have the operation. He’ll need support as he won’t be able to use his disformity any more for begging.
